Where is my order?
Answer:
To track your order:

- Click on Order History.
- A list of recent orders will be displayed. Click on the order number to review the order details and tracking number.

What is your return policy?
Answer:
Returns are acceptable for items:
- Returned no more than 30 days from the date on the packing slip.
- New items that are unopened and in original packaging.
- Pre-owned items in their original condition.
We do not accept returns for items that are damaged, played, or missing parts or items that were sold as part of a bundle, unless the complete bundle is returned.

How do I change my credit card?
Answer:
- Sign in
- Click on My Account.
- Choose Credit Card under Change Account Information. You can change information on an existing card or add additional cards to your account.
- If you need to change the credit card associated with a current order, go to Order History and choose the order from the list of available orders. You can change the credit card information from the order detail page.

How do I receive PowerUp Rewards ™ Card discounts online?
Answer:
- Enter your PowerUp Rewards ™ Card number in the cart before you checkout.
- To merge your PowerUp Rewards ™ Card account with your GameStop.com account, sign in.
- Click on My Account.
- Choose Merge GameStop.com and PowerUp Rewards.com Accounts.
- Enter the e-mail address and passwords associated with each account to create one new permanent login.

Does GameStop ship internationally?
Answer:
Yes, GameStop does ship internationally.
- Billing and Shipping Address must match.
- It may be difficult to obtain address verification from banks outside of the United States and Canada. For your protection, you may be required to fax us a copy of your most recent credit card statement.
- You may also contact your credit card issuing bank and ask them to release address verification information to GameStop.com. Without this verification, we will be unable to process your order.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Answer:
Yes, we do ship to APO/FPO addresses.
- Allow up to 1 business day for processing.
- Generally, items will be delivered in 3-5 business days to U.S. Military drop off locations. Military delivery time from there will vary.
