Military Customers - Placing an Order Return to Help Center

Find the product you would like to buy by searching or browsing GameStop.com. When browsing, note you can view products organized by multiple platforms, such as Xbox 360 or PS3, and by category, such as Action or Sports. After you find the product you want, click on the "Add To Cart" button. This will add the product to your "Shopping Cart" and show you the contents of your cart. From your "Shopping Cart", click the "Proceed to Checkout" button. This will take you to the online order forms.

Complete each of the order forms including shipping address, billing address and payment information. Be sure to print a copy of the order confirmation page as your receipt.

Please follow these steps when entering an APO/FPO address:
  • City: Enter APO or FPO
  • State/Province: Select “Armed Forces – Europe” (AE), “Armed Forces – Pacific” (AP) or “Armed Forces – USA/Canada” (AA)
  • Typically, but not always, the code is:
    • "AE" for recipients stationed in Europe, Canada, Africa, or the Middle East
    • "AA" for recipients stationed in the Americas
    • "AA" for recipients stationed in the Americas
  • Country: Always select "United States of America" from the drop-down menu regardless of where the recipient is stationed.
